Check for the following possible causes.
■The device does not have sufficient free storage space.
When the amount of storage in the device becomes insufficient, the application will be initialized in accordance with the specifications of the OS.
Pay attention to the storage size of the device.
■The administrator has deleted the user or the device ID (deactivation)
Log in to the correct account again.
Logging in to an account other than that used before the forced logout will delete all the downloaded content.
Logging in with a different login ID will initialize the application.
