The session of the person who previously used the same PC is still active and is preventing you from logging in.
Log in with the user ID of the person who previously logged in. Log out, and then log in with your own user ID.
Having your administrator delete the device ID associated with the relevant user’s WebViewer will also allow you to log in again.
