[label:app_e]In response to opening content, the device receives a notification in some cases, and in other cases, it does not. What is the difference between them?

Check for the following possible causes.

■Check whether notification from Smart Catalog is permitted on the Notification screen by referring to the device settings.This function is provided only for iOS applications.

■Notification to devices is a push message sending function.This push message can be sent only when the relevant content is first opened.

Clicking the “Open” button corresponding to content that is to be newly opened on the CMS will switch the screen to the “Content Release Reservation Confirmation/Confirmation of push message sending reservation” screen.
Checking “Add additional message and send.” on this screen will enable message transmission to devices.
Push messages cannot be sent to devices when the content is updated.
