Check for the following possible causes.

■The PDF file has been created using different tools.
Save the PDF file under a different file name and then create it again.
Repeatedly saving a PDF file by overwriting may lead to the accumulation of various types of information. The accumulated information may affect the registration processing.

■The document is protected.
Check the security settings of the PDF file by using Acrobat, etc.
Apassword must not be set, Page Extraction must be set to Allowed, and Content Copying must be set to Allowed.
If the settings for the PDF file different from those described above, change the settings, save the document, and then import it again.
